A Love Letter to You 4

Trippie Redd Album Review

I want to start by saying Trippie Redd has been putting in work this year , not one but TWO albums in ONE year ! We love to see it Trippie !

According to “A Love Letter to You 4” Trippie is back single . Which I hate to see because him & Coi Leray were so stinking cute together & they looked / acted very compatible but we all know looks can be conceiving. I also find it interesting that they broke up because she was just featured on his album prior before this one . If you ever been in a relationship you know things / feelings really can change over night and if your a music lover , you know that broken hearted artist make the best music !

I also notice that Trippie is very vulnerable, of course we can tell because of the lyrics to his music but the script at the end of “All for Me” really got me seeing another side of Trippie ! On the Album “❗️“ Trippie was more in love on this album I would say more hurt !

Features

We all know I’m very bias when it come to artist having my favorite artist featured on there songs & albums ! On the album A Love Letter to You 4 Trippie has features from ; NBA Youngboy , Da Baby , Lil Yachty , Tory Lanez, Juice Wrld , YNW NELLY & many more .

He also has a lot of new artist that I am not familiar with but I love how he sheds light on them & includes them in the album. These artist go by the name of ; Lil Wop, Chris King, Mariah the Scientist , Young Dee ,& Quanta. Whom all did some decent work .

If I had to choose between this Album & “❗️“ I would definitely go with this one because I personally like mushy gushy “I Hate love songs but this is a love song “ kinda vibes . I can’t want to attend a concert, I can see the emotions now !

KIRK

Da Baby

Album Review

Let’s Gooooo

Before this newly released album , Da Baby has released & has been featured in many other projects ! In my opinion Da Baby is one of the hottest rappers out right now. From his up beat concert performances to his creative music videos , Da Baby is truly someone to watch.

The intro to KIRK starts with Da Baby explaining how his father passed recently this year which was a complete surprise to me because the whole year we really saw

Da Baby doing nothing but working . He also mentions his daughter and his family a whole bunch which I liked because it shows a different side of him . Speaking of a different side as most artist after their first album , they “switch the flow” up ! Which is not always bad , in my opinion it’s not much club play or radio stream music on this album, maybe the intro and “VIBEZ”.

Let’s get into the artist that are featured on “KIRK” ! I was actually surprised to see my best friend Nicki Minaj featured and my homeboy Kevin Gates . This album also includes Chance The Rapper, Gucci Mane, Migos, Moneybagg Yo, Lil Baby & of course Stunna 4 Vegas. By default some of my favorite songs song included my favorite artist. Songs like ; “Pop Star” ft. Kevin Gates, “iPhone” w/ Nicki Minaj , and “Raw S**T” ft Migos . Outside of that I like the Intro & “VIBEZ” and the ones listed above.

A couple of people I know has generally said the same thing about the album . I haven’t talk to one person that has just loved it. I also feel like some of the other songs he has outside of the album are better . I honestly thought I would have way more to say because I was so excited about the album and I’m a fan of Da Baby. If you haven’t listen yet , listen to my favs first then have a go at the rest !

“❗️” Trippie Redd

Album Review

Trippie Redd has dropped a new album and I couldn’t be more excited. To many people surprise I love Trippie Redd and im a major fan. I love raging and I love the screaming that Trippie does and that’s just that!

Its funny because leading up to the album release I received multiple messages and comments like this!

Its funny because everyone expects Trippie to get on the track and start screaming and honestly … so do I but to my dismay , this album was the complete opposite.

I want to be the first to say this album is very mellow and oh yea if you didnt know now you know, TRIPPIE REDD IS IN LOVE and you can tell! Now that that’s said lets get into album.

On this album Trippie has features from ; Playboi Carti, The Game, Lil Baby, Lil Duke ,and most importantly his girlfriend Coi Leray! As mentioned this album is the complete opposite of what you would expect from Trippie and in my opinion he switch the flow up but thats ok, It reminds me of how Lil Yachty switch the flow up when he dropped “Teenage Emotions”. It wasnt bad it was just something different .

I have a couple of favorite songs so far (listed below) but if I was to say my least favorite thing about the album , it would be that it’s nothing to rage and jump around to, the closest you’ll get is “Mac 10” and maybe “Riot”.

All and All “!” is now in my summer 2k19 rotation! Check out my favorite songs listed above and let me know what you think !

Debut of Night Life

MEET

Muddyboy Tony

Muddyboy Tony is a 25 yrs young, Dallas, Texas native, who started his musical journey  at a young age or should I say the music has always been with in him his entire life! While speaking to Muddyboy Tony I was curious to know how he got his name and if you are to, he received the name “Muddyboy Tony” while playing football. While growing up he always knew he had a musical talent which consist of a passion for rap but prefers R&B. Muddyboy Tony really started getting serious in 2016 when he dropped “The Mudd Print Two” after having already released “The Mudd Print” I guess you can call it his come back. May I mention he writes all of his own music which is really key to creativity if you ask me!

Night Life

Today we are debuting his new single Night Life, that started on a 5 song  EP titled “Mannish”. While listing to “Mannish” it is no secrete that Muddyboy Tony was defiantly stepping into his R&B bag. Unlike the old school R&B music Muddyboy isn’t asking, he is telling. He refers to his music as, “H&P, Hood and Poems” which I can definitely see becoming a new wave! The message behind Night Life was to inform “his lady” that “she wasn’t going out tonight, its time to lay up and be together, there is no need to go out when you got a man at home.” Muddyboy writes music from his experience but also writes music for people to relate to and I can definitely relate to wanting to stay home and be boo’d up.

Budgeting Tips

Like any entrepreneur at times it can become hard to save or budget for our passions on top of having to pay for whatever life deals at us. Muddyboy Tony suggest getting all you passion work done in one setting so that you are not paying for multiple studio sessions, find connections so people can cut deals, and set aside any money that you may need from your 9-5.

Streaming

If you would like to listen to Night Life you’re lucky because the song streams on ALL PLATFORMS! If you crave more you can stream  “Mannish” via SoundCloud but why wait?

Cardi B

Album Review

untitleduntitleduntitled

Fiesta 4/19/18

I am sure I am not the only one that thought Cardi B would be a one hit wonder! We always loved her for her out going and crazy personality but we would soon to fin out that she is way more than that. Over the last couple of months we have truly seen Cardi transform and grow into the “Trap Selena” a true legend.

After dropping this album Cardi shortly after Cardi B announces that she is pregnant with a Baby B and Off Set( a member of the rap group Migos) is the baby daddy. Rewinding a couple weeks back, Off Set was allegedly caught cheating TWICE. The fact that she had pressure of producing new music, pregnant, rumors of her baby father, and the media constantly judging her. I’m going to say she did beyond an amazing job.

This may be my personal opinion but I truly believe she made this album for ALL MY BOSS BITCHES and INDEPENDENT Women out here grinding. She literally including Kehlani and SZA on this album and if you listen to their music that proves my point on what kind of album this is. I may sound bias but I literally love the whole album (every song  but one) and it will defiantly be in rotation this summer. With that being said I’m going to get right into it and start with the album from start to finish!

Get Up 10

Soon as I heard this song I instantly thought of the song  “Dreams and Nightmares” by Meek Mill . It gave me that raw and hard vibe, it gave me ambition! I honestly thought she was gone drop / switch to a more up tempo beat mid song how Meek did but it never happened which was find because the whole song still went hard. You really have to remember in life it is always going to be down falls be that is the perfect opportunity to come back 10x harder and stronger.

Drip (ft. Migos)

I hate how this song is already mainstream and the radio stations are playing out but that’s what happens when you have a banger on your hands! She featured her boo and soon to be brother in-laws in this song so you know it automatically bangs because the Migos can do no wrong. I haven’t been to the club lately but I can definitely see this being a club hit if it is already not.

Bickenhead

This is the “BUT ONE” lol real simple, I don’t like this one because she mentions, “pop that pussy in church”. I’m not trying to troll or be negative just personally that’s too much for me.

Be Careful

Yes I love sweet and sensitive Cardi ! Us as females we love to talk shit but are feelings are still delicate when it comes to being in love especially if we really love you. With that being said; to my fellas if you have a good girl please do not miss that up. Because “Karma for you is who you end up with”.

Best Life (ft. Chance the Rapper)

With every year comes new trends and new phrases to say. In 2018 we’ve been hearing and making it a goal/responsibility to “Live our best life”. I like this song not only because I like Chance but because when you put Chance in the mix you already know it is going to be an uplifting song. If you are the kind of person that needs a pick me up song on the way to work, this is definitely one for the road.

I like It (Cardi B, Bad Bunny & J Balvin)

This is my top 5 favorite I was for sure served Trap Selena vibes. I did not Bad Bunny and I barely know what he is saying but I love it! This song is so catchy and you cant help but dance when you hear it.

Ring (ft. Kehlani)

“I know he see me calling him”

*20 calls later

Naw but forreal we don’t care how mad we get or how bad the argument was, we still want yall to call and pick up the phone as petty as it sounds. When calls and txt stop being replied too it just feels to real that the relationship is over. So fellas keep that in mind, Yes you still need to call.

Money Bag

Tis the season to get a bag aka every day all day all year round. If you not in you bag with everything you do then what are you doing? Need some inspiration Listen to this one.

She Bad (Cardi B & YG)

Thru Your Phone

I really hate that she did not mention the girl that was signing on this song because her verse is actually my favorite part! I am not scared to admit but I am guilty for going through a couple of phones in my past but who cares we all do it even if you admit it or not I know you do booboo. I love this song because it venerable and it stating facts; that if we go thru that phone and see something we don’t like you are definitely going to feel the raff.

I Do (ft. SZA)

I live for SZA and I live for CTRL the FUTURE IS FEMALE and if you don’t know now you know. We need yall to understand we gone do what we want and how we want and I DONT WANT TO HEAR ANY DOUBLE STANDARDS. If a female is already doing A-Z for herself it is nothing you can really tell her.

Sonny Digital

Sonny Digital Interview with ItsFiestaTeaV

The Rolling Grams Tour

I’ve been to a Sonny Digital concert before when Sonny was opening for Gucci Mane in Dallas this past summer. During this time he was performing hits that he produced, which one can imagine that was a lot of songs. This go around Sonny was set to perform his hit songs that he produced & rapped on. I personally never knew Sonny Digital had this rapping talent but doing the interview he expressed that, “he has been doing this way before producing .” That’s why I feel this interview is so important because I know a lot of people are   not knowledgeable of this. Lucky for me I follow Sonny on twitter so I’ve been able to follow him and his new emerging music over the past couple of months. The Dallas concert was held at The House of Blues at one of there nice size venues, not too big not too small, just the right size to have personable interactions with fans.

During the interview we discussed: How easy Producing came to him, How support in the industry basically sucks, The beat is the foundation of a song, & much more. If you listen to the end Sonny releases the date for his upcoming project!

-Press Play-

(This interview is Audio only Ft cool pics)

Sonny Digital was so opening & chill that it made the interview go so smooth. His confidence and persona makes me so eager to see what he has in store for us in 2018. As he says in the interview he , “is going to be around forever.” I truly believe that because at such a young age he has so much credibility. We’ve seen what he is capable of and just from this one conversation with him I know it’s more to come.

No Jumper x Lil Yachty

This is a recap on the No Jumper featuring lil Yachty interview

@Fiestacray

@NoJumper

@Adam22

+ Fiesta’s Unasked for Opinions =

(This isn’t college ! I legit got all my info from Adam22 “NoJumper” interview featuring Lil Yachty, I fw the interview so much I had to speak on it)

We all know I am a Lil Yachty fan, maybe one of the biggest! I mean I been there from jump, I’ve said this plenty of times in previous blog post. I have been fiend for an interview like this and I couldn’t be more lit that I finally got my fix! This interview literally answers all my life questions (boost) but Yachty related, YES! Man… I don’t know where to start but lets get into it!

Sound Cloud Artist

I heard my first Lil Yachty song on Sound Cloud so I guess it is safe to say he started as a “Sound Cloud Rapper” but as mentioned in the interview he was not boxed in that category for long. Adam22 and Yachty speaks on how when he was on sound cloud the beats was harder and the music was raw and I couldn’t agree more but we’ll speak on that more when we get into the “Mainstream” topic. When I first started listening to Yachty the music didn’t make sense but I liked it, it was different and I was here for it. After the Freshman Class XXL 2016 emerged from Sound Cloud the music has not been the same in my opinion but after the interview Yachty seems to agree. The Sound Clod music scene is becoming weird but not in a good way Yachty took the words out of my mouth when he said, “Ni**as be doing weird shit for attention”. Don’t get me wrong I still turn to Sound Cloud in hope of running into some of my favorite artist throw aways or just to listen to some of my upcoming friends but for the most part these Sound Cloud Artist is becoming a bunch of mumbo jumbo that I cant relate to. Yachty admits that when he was on Sound Cloud it was easier for him to grab better beats and the beats was actually better and I can see that. Now he feels like he has to reach out to bigger producers like Metro Boomin because the others are harder to reach due to his status.

Mainstream

Let me start by staying one of my pet peeves is when I’m talking about lil Yachty and a mf is so oblivious to were I have to start signing “I SPY” or “Broccoli” and then they get it! I knew the day would come when Yachty had to go mainstream but because I’m loyal I was ready for it and I supported it. Yachty mentions how he had to get to the money in many different ways rather it being going mainstream and making an album for mainstream fans or hopping a Target endorsement. In this interview Yachty is smarter than we think, he understands he had to elevate in every aspect. If you are a real fan you know that Lil Boat and Lost Files sound completely different from Teenage Emotions. When you watch the Interview Yachty explains why. In my opinion her put the main in mainstream but he still wow’d us by putting his unique twist on things by relating to all different kinds of “teenage emotions” its genius !

Lil Boat 2 ON THE WAY!

Man Oh Man! When Yachty kept mentioning how Lil Boat 2 is on the way I almost fell to the flow, I mean seriously. Now we can get that radio sh!t out the way and get to the real deal, that raging sh!t ! I do not believe if he set date but I will surely be on the look out!

Overall

@Adam22 did an amazing job covering old and new beef, upcoming projects, and really just picking Yachty’s brain. I didn’t cover even half so you defiantly have to check out the interview. CHECK THIS INTERVIEW OUT!

Evanda

I met Evanda when she was pursuing her fashion career, she put me on with the opportunity to be in a fashion show. Ever since then we’ve stayed in contact and I have been able to see her grow and be successful in many things. Evanda is known around Dallas for being a hair slayer and her unique style but just these past 6 months she has been making a lot of waves with her music alone.

Evanda made her big debut with a girl boss inspired EP, Paradox which features her major hit “Pretty Girl Gang” which is one of my favorite songs as well! This EP can be found on SoundCloud  or you can even buy a hard copy on her website http://EvandaElite.com . Within days of droping the EP she also dropped a visual / music video for “Pretty Girl Gang”. A very live and vibrant video featuring herself & her girl gang !

On this EP you will hear a lot of girl impowered or boss bi**h music. Doing an Interview with Dallas’s most popular radio station 97.9 The Beat, Evanda mentions how she has always been big on embracing women and enhancing their beauty. While being an influential young lady herself, Evanda is influenced by early 90’s girl group TLC & Missy ElLiot.7EF0FD1A-4106-41B4-905C-C42517A815A8

Evanda says, “we can expect another amazing visual on Black Friday.

Brandon Paul

I am not sure how but I stumbled upon Brandon Paul’s music via SoundCloud but the first song I ever heard I instantly became a fan. Later I soon found out Brandon and I have mutual friends, one of my friends had a show and I got to meet Brandon myself. It was so funny because I was truly having a fan moment to where I was so nervous to even walk in and say HI! After breaking the ice Brandon is very down to earth and easy to talk to. I love and relate to his music so much so it was an easy decision on  who was going to be the first featured artist in my new Artist Category.

Earlier Life

Brandon was born in Atlanta, Georgia he moved to Dallas when he was very young but soon enough moved back to Atlanta in 8th grade. To keep it short he spent a lot of time between Dallas and Atlanta, he came back to Dallas at the age of 17 and graduated from Duncanville High School. Needless to say and most importantly Brandon calls Dallas home!

Featuring this weeks up and coming artist Brandon Paul…IMG_3249

Brandon Paul is a man of many talents he writes his own music, engineers, and produces, all beside makes beats. He has engineered some of our favorite Dallas artist music such as: Kev Quais, Sleaze, TayK, and Wa$teey which I love the thought of that because those are also other good artist with good music. Although Brandon has collab and helped a lot of people he pays much respect to @MoneySignPeso and @TopflightBlue for helping him the most throughout his journey.

We see a lot of artist getting caught in the hype and never really know their motives so I think it is important to mention that Brandon writes music for the odd bods at school or in the work place. He wants his message in his music to be “Be ok with being different” which we all need to be reminded of sometime.

Now onto the music, I always feel that the artist favorite song is their best song but unfortanly for us Brandon Paul’s favorite song which is  Delusion, will never be released due to higher beings<<<. This is his favorite song because he feels like when he wrote it he had an outer body experience and he was more in touch with himself and feelings.

If you’re looking to check Brandon out, my favorite song is Recognize . I like to think of it as an inspirational song; it is one verse in the song that always leaves me thinking, it goes, “calling on God I think that his stalling.” I asked him what did he mean by that and he explained when he wrote that song he was in the point in his life when he was figuring things out but believes things take time and is patient with Gods timing. With that being said I asked him does he think its taking him a minute to get the full recognition he deserves. He replied with no because like mentioned before he believes in timing.

My favorite part and what I was curious to know is why Brandon doesn’t promote himself and music as much, he had the most unique answer, he asked me, ” how many facebook commercials have I seen.” I literally had to think about it but of course i’ve seen none.” Facebook has been promoted word of mouth and has had a successful outcome. Which is the point, Brandon rather his music speak for its self.

For a little fun I personally like to know what other artist influence that particular artist to see if their music some how corresponds with one another in a way. For example if SZA was to say Kehlani influences her, that would make sense because they both make music for bad ass independent women. So I ask him these question and unfortunately he responded , ” Drake, Kendrick Lamar, Chance the Rapper and Michael Jackson. I said unfortunately because my assumption was wrong and slightly because those artist are pretty basic far as that being everybody’s favorite, I was expecting him to say Kid Cudi and once you listen to Brandon’s music you’ll see why.

Be sure to be on the look how for Brandon Paul next project titled “Good Advice” and I know we all need some GOOD ADVICE!
